Let’s work together.
We are not meant to do this alone.
Feeling supported through mothering - in all aspects from pregnancy, birth and beyond - is important. It is the most fundamental of beginnings, for mother and child, and as such deserves the utmost care and nurturing.
Motherhood for me now feels a little like coming home, but it took its time to get to that point. I now see the value of the village, of mothering the mother and of radical kindness to oneself as we move through this profound time.
I believe deeply in the power of supporting mothers and their families, not just for the families themselves, but for the benefit of all. I am a mother to one of my own, a doula and a qualified childcare practitioner, and I am passionate about gently parenting and nurturing children while holding space for your own needs.
If you would like a space in which to be heard; practical signposts towards parenting in the way you want, or to Work together towards a birth in which you felt empowered and informed; a gentle hand to guide you in the direction of where you would like to be, then there are a few ways in which you can work with me….
Parenting can feel a lot like juggling the day to day, head down without time to come up for breath. These calls are a breather, a space in which to dig deep into your values with a listening ear and a kind voice on your side.
For any stage of parenthood from carrying your first child to deep into the throes of late childhood; working through birth preferences; self care and gentle parenting; calm and conscious parenting; a kinder motherhood; carving seasonal rhythms; talking through labour. Together we can talk through any current issues and come to achievable paths and signposts towards where you may want to be.
